First log onto Citrix from home. In case you don't have the link, it's this: https://mydesktop.uhmc.sunysb.edu/Citrix/MyDesktopStoreWeb/
You'll need to download & install Citrix onto your computer. Once installed, you'll find the screen below

Your initial screen is the login screen. Enter your usual SBM username/password.
