• If prophylaxis is indicated an attempt should be made to find the "donor's" last viral load and if available genotype/ phenotype of his/her virus, and current regimen
• Prophylaxis regimen should be based on that information.
• If there is no information the policy should be changed from combivir and nelfinavir to truvada ( I pill qd ) with Kaletra ( 2 pills bid)
