The following two are plants I'm torturing. One is labeled as Sinningia sp. "Semper fidelis" but that may not be its name, it may be the name of the other. I'd appreciate it if you'd tell me what the two should be labeled as and any tricks to stop torturing the one with the tuber-like structure at the bottom. I'm assuming I should never water it from above now that I've seen what rain can do to it.

This is Calathea louisae "white tiger". It's tiny, only a future inches high, a great grower (when one doesn't put it out too early in the season resulting in the frost damage you can still see). If you don't have it and want to sell it, I can send you a couple shoots that you could start producing. I've already divided it twice this season and yet you can see how full the pot is.
